Do i need two vray lisence/ 1 dongle each pc to DR? a single vray license supports up to 10 cpu to DR right?

No i wouldnt have thought so..

You do not need dongles for the render slaves. Just for your main workstations.

yes of coures, again this is classed as a render slave.
