Hi, I did purshaded Vray in february 2003 from RegSoft.com and fill out my dongle request maybe 2 years ago or so…
Nothing happens : no email received, and of course no dongle…
It seems I do not have access anymore to the dongle request page.
What can I do?
Same here. i emailed Chaos and they replied within 1 day. After one more day, I was emailed instructions for getting my dongle. I had to pay shipping, but that’s it, and now I have the dongle. Thanks Chaosgroup.

Yep, I emailed too, but with the release of the official Vray 1.5 Chaos Group must just be swamped with dongle requests. Patience is all we can do as users.
I don’t think some of the resellers have helped the situation charging for the dongles when they were supposed to be free. :evil:
I wich that buyuers from 2003 would have a quicker ansewer…
