I did not purchased Vray from you guys, but from other company 
I have already replyed to your email for ordering the dongle, and received confirmation from you guys 8)
Do I have to contact them as well, or this was enough?

If you got the initial confirmation email then its pretty much a waiting game till the dongles start shipping…
