Duplicate to MAX frame buffer

I guess this feature isn’t pertinent to Rhino.

No it is not. The VFB has obviously been ported from 3ds max. The current v-ray frame buffer still has a Max specific button or two. Sorry for the confusion. These items should be cleaned up prior to release.
