Embed video files/gifs to animations and/or renderings

Just wondering, are the devs working on the ability to embed video files/gifs (for example, on a screen in the model) to animated walkthroughs and/or renderings?

Not at the moment, but this is a demanded feature request on our agenda - I’m adding your upvote to the topic. Kindly refer to this thread for future posts.

Thank you Demian.

Enscape is incredible. It has changed the way I work and visualize with teammates/clients.

Happy to hear about that!! Let me know in case you want to share any further feedback with us in regard to what we could still improve in the future.

One year later.. Whats up?

GIF image embedding would be very useful.

Thank you very much for the tip!

However I need native GIF or MP4 support in SketchUp, not Enscape.

Hello, I installed the student version of Enscape, but there is no option to enable Enscape Capturing in the toolbar

I’m afraid this is not something we can help you with. I’ve removed your thread asking for this function to be added in SketchUp itself - the official SketchUp Forum would be suited a lot better for that request. Let me know in case I’m missing something.

This has been moved into Enscape itself - just feel free to check it out yourself and have a look into our knowledgebase as well.
