I recently installed Enscape 4.1 on SketchUp 2023. It worked perfectly on the first day, but the next day, whenever I open Enscape, it shuts down within 5 seconds of loading. There’s no error message or warning, it just closes during the loading process. I’m unsure of the cause, and it’s really frustrating not being able to use Enscape.

Whenever you experience any problems with Enscape like crashes, or Enscape not starting/working properly generally please reach out to our dedicated support team via either the support button itself or through our Help Center right away: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
In this case if you simply submit a support report we’ll also receive the corresponding generated log files, your machine information including driver dates and so forth alongside in order to troubleshoot this as quickly as possible.
