I have spent the good part of two days trying to rectify this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled sketchup and enscape so many times and still the same issue. I have followed the support tech’s advise to the letter but have had absolutely no success. I’m not a beginner, I’ve been using Sketchup and extensions since the beginning, 2000. If anyone has any ideas, I’m open for just about anything.
