I need help asap as I’ve lost days of work trying to sort this out. Enscape has suddenly stopped operating on my computer. I’m running it as a plugin with SketchUp on Mac.
Once I start Enscape, it attempts to ‘start Enscape’ load geometry’ ‘load materials’ etc but shortly after it crashes and the feedback form pops up. The screen freezes on the HRDI background and there is no geometry from SketchUp to be seen. I can’t use any tools in the program after this point. I’ve tried going back to SketchUp22 and it’s still crashing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
Maybe I should go back to an older version on Enscape? if so what is the older version for Mac? Most of the ones I’m downloading from the ‘Version History’ seem to be for windows.
