Hi- Enscape is gone from list of extension plus the Ribbon in Sketchup 2023 after installting latest update. I have since restarted my machine twice and even gone back to earlier version but still nothing,. Help anyone?
Hi @mona8181 , right away please kindly try a full clean re-install of Enscape specifically as detailed here:
Doing so should already resolve this problem. In case it does not at all, please forward your log files manually using our Help Center as detailed here.
The logs we require can be found here:
Enscape main plugin log files:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Enscape\Data\Logs
SketchUp plugin log files:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Logs\EnscapeSketchUpPlugin
