Hi, i have like 800MB of SketchUP file. I used a lot of 3d warehouse objects and 4k materials, when i start the enscape button it loads for like a couple of minutes and suddenly it forces closed and i have a bug splat, my laptop has i7, RTX 4050, and 12GB of ram. Does upgrading my ram to 44GB would solve the problem because I’m starting to lose my mind rn, thx

Right away you can make sure to update your Enscape using our latest hotfix version recently released which was resolving some ongoing crashes our users were experiencing.
If that does not resolve the problem at hand though then please kindly reach out to the support team directly as detailed here. We will then be able to further resolve this behavior after further troubleshooting. Thank you in advance.
