Enscape is not reflected in vectorworks 2019

After installation, I checked the plugin with vectorworks, but Enscape was not reflected. (1st photo)

By the way, such a pop-up was displayed at the time of installation. (2nd photo)

The environment is trying to vectorworks and Enscape on mac os with Bootcamp.

I am very troubled with the problem that I can not install, so please reply!

I’m afraid, Vectorworks 2019 is not officially supported by Enscape - We do support Vectorworks 2020 with Service Pack 3 installed, or Vectorworks 2021. Hopefully, you have the chance to upgrade to either of these newer releases.
