I am having problems with Enscape Material Library.
I currently use SKP 2025 and Enscape 4.7.0.57.
I was having the same with the previous version.
I have just updated, thinking to solve the issue but it doesn’t work.
The message is “An error occurred while importing materials.. Some materials could not be imported”
Any tips?

I have just updated to the last version of Enscape but, as before, I cannot import any materials from the enscape library.
Does Anyone know the reason?

Hi @stefano.isola , in that case please kindly forward this behavior ideally via a support report as detailed here (including log files) in order for us to troubleshoot why exactly this issue occurs on your machine. Thank you very much in advance.
I am having same exact problem as well! I have newest version of sketchup and I have the preview version . not sure if the new version even works yet on sketchup 2025 yet so the work around was just keeping preview version

Hi @ThatOneArchie_vXv , right away, our latest release of Enscape (4.8.0) does in fact already support SketchUp 2025. You can always acquire our latest up to date release here!
If that makes no difference please also kindly forward this via a support report as detailed here given that this behavior can be due to different causes which we’ll be able to troubleshoot in more detail after receiving said report including log files.
