Hello
I have been using sketchup for a long time and decided to use Enscape for rendering cause as a student myself it is less cost. But once I have installed the new version of Enscape 4.1.0 and try to import the materials from Library its not importing . Does it have to be anything with the new version ? To resolve this I have contacted Chaos support but its been two days and yet I have no response from them!! Does anyone else have this issue too or I am stranded alone on this thing???
Any help would be appreciated!

In this case the user was utilizing Windows (having their materials located in a directory that wasn’t C:) so in order to make sure we can analyse the exact cause behind this too, on your MacBook, please also forward this as a problem via a support report. One of our Mac specialists will then reach back out to you accordingly.
