I am using revit 2022 and enscape for my current project. I entered my materials into revit on to each individual model. When I opened enscape, it had grouped a bunch of my materials together randomly and thrown out other ones. for example- in my kitchen, the cabinets, island, and kitchen range should all be different materials. for some reason, it is grouping them all together and making them all the same material no matter what I do. It shows the correct materials in revit, but not in enscape. i am attaching screenshots. How can i fix this asap?
Confirm that your material names represent unique materials and are not sharing material definitions.
This often happens because duplicating a material name (by default) doesn’t result in unique material properties. The material continues to share the material definitions (appearance type, image, etc). You also have to make the material properties unique. Otherwise changing the shared material will change all associate materials - even if they have unique material names. Make sure the Appearance Asset is not being shared by that many other materials.
