Hi all
I work at a University so we will be deploying Archicad (as well as the other softwares) and then enscape via a task sequence.
The other applications are working fine, however the enscape option in the taskbar and in windows > palettes is not showing for me when I open archicad.
I have tried a restart, opening several times - no difference made. I can see all the necessary Archicad/enscape add-on files in program files though.
It seems to work if I open Archicad first, before installing enscape, but this isn’t ideal.
If anyone has a better way to make it work so I can just push out archicad and then enscape, it would be appreciated.
To note I am using Archicad 24, and Enscape 3.0 Review 2

First off, it should be worth trying to install Enscape for all users as described here:

Also, please make sure you’re using our latest release as well, which is Enscape 3.1:
How can I make sure that my Enscape is up to date?

I have been installing for all users, and I have just tried using 3.1 - getting the same issue annoyingly!
