Error starting Enscape

| Hi everyone,

I have problem in opening Enscape 3D v3.1 in Autodesk Revit 2020.2.4.



When I start Enscape, it stops at 5% and give me this error as shown in attachment.



I saw many videos on YouTube and comments on Enscape Community Forum, but none of them worked with me.



One of the comments “Solution is return the previous vision/update”, but the problem what I found in Autodesk site as follows:








Uninstall - Revit updates cannot be uninstalled to revert Autodesk Revit 2020 to its pre-update state.



If you need to remove the update, please uninstall Autodesk Revit 2020 and then reinstall it.






My PC is:




Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5680 @ 3.33GHz 3.33 GHz (2 processors)
RAM: 32.0 GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro
VGA: RTX 2080 Super
