Hi I turned auto resolution off but my Exe window still appears to be rendered to 1080p or lower, it is really noticeable on our 65" 4k TV. Even with auto resolution on it should be rendering in 4k because we are using a 2080 Ti.
Are there any known causes/fixes for this?
Hey @Lucas_Cunningham , we have no resolution cap - neither in our Enscape .exe standalones, nor Enscape itself. The resolution depends purely on your monitor resolution and windows dpi settings. So in this case, could you kindly submit a dedicated feedback report as described here? Maybe there is something which goes wrong and we can then see what in the corresponding log files which get submitted to us.

I figured out the issue was actually related to the text and layout scaling (probably relates to the dpi you mentioned) on our display it was set to %300 in the windows settings, when i set it back to %100 it displayed in full definition.
