Fixed Seat License Issue

Dear Enscape Team,

Few days ago i bought the fixed seat license and i have followed all the instructions of installation, but for some reason when i apply the licence key is getting rejected.
The message i receive is the below;

(YOUR LICENCE COULD NOT BE VALIDATED BECAUSE THE LICENCING SERVICE IS NOT REACHABLE. PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.)

Could you please advise the reason why it does not work?

Allow me to share one of our replies with you which should help you further accordingly:

The license error that you have received indicates that Enscape could not connect to our licensing server to verify the status of your license. This can occur if you are not connected to the internet, if you are using a proxy server to connect to the internet, or if your firewall is blocking Enscape from connecting to our licensing server.
