If you’re not connecting to the internet via a proxy, or followed the rest of the instructions without success, please reach out to our dedicated licensing team via our help center (as the support button may not be working for you): How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
You will then be assisted soon thereafter. Generally, whenever you experience any issues with Enscape, be it on the technical side or related to licensing, this is the recommended way to reach out for help.

I don’t know what proxy is. I am just using wifi.
If there is any system administrator or so for you to refer to (just in case you might be using a company/school machine or so) kindly do so.
