Floating license - multiple users - same computer

I have a computer with multiple users.

How can i get the all the users to get access to the floating license.

Do i have to type in the license for each user or is there a way to make it shared on that computer.?

So i will have to use the “License-Persistent.txt”.?

If i logout of the computer will i be able to instant switch user and use the license as a new user.?
