Try decreasing the material’s cutoff value to 0.001.

The shadow bias of your VRaySun was set to 20 cm. Try 0.01 cm.

Excellent that works, thanks DanielBrew! Although I havent ever encountered such thing, I always keep sun&sky values default, but this is good to keep in mind.

I guess it’s just one of those cases where the default values don’t really work if your scene units are metres. Glad it works now though.
