Can anyone point me in the direction of a frosted glass plugin which works with Vray advanced? I have the Jon Seagul plugin but it won’t work with Vray advanced.

you could try making your own.
with vray material.
turn down the glossy refraction to 0.7
and then the subs to around 5-10 …well have a play with it.
