Hi everyone,
We are struggeling with glittering materials an light dots in virtual reality.
Our Hardware: HTC Vive Focus 3 -RTX 3080
Software: Sketchup - Enscape
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
In the attachments we added a video from one of our projects. Render qualitiy set on ultra. (on medium there is no flickering but it is not that realistic)
Thanks for your help
@Autengruber_Raumkonzept , please try to make sure that the scene is well lit with actual light sources, and not mainly through emissive surfaces - Self-illuminated / emissive surfaces are known to cause this behavior, so maybe even replacing those if possible with any of the lights we offer through our Enscape Objects should help.
Let me know if you still run into this behavior afterward or have any further questions.
Thank you for your answer. We deleted the self illuminated surfaces and the lighting is only with enscape objects. But the light bubbles and glittering is still the same.
We made a test and deleted all the lighting (except the sun) and set the “stil” to modus white and the glittering was still the same.
Is it possible that the sun settings cause the problem?
