Where can I find the button to switch on the lights at daytime? I need lights for my interior animation, although it is a daytime-animation.

Thanks for your inquiry.
This question came up quite a few times in the past but, lights are actually always on even during daytime. It’s simply that in most cases the sunlight or skylight (especially from custom skyboxes) coming in from outside is crushing the artificial light sources placed throughout the scene.
Just to pick a recent example from the showcase section:
You can see the lighting, but there also isn’t that much direct light (sunlight / skylight) coming in from the outside.
So in your case you can either decrease/darken the light coming into the interiors of yours, or substantially increase the “Artificial Light Brightness” of all the lights in your scene via the Atmosphere tab.
If that doesn’t help or your generally unsuccessful, please also share an image of your scene so I can see it in context.
