I have SketchUp 2026.1 and Enscape 4.14. Unfortunately, when I try to acces to metrial library apperas the erro in object. I tried to concat support form the menu Extensions | Enscape | Support, and the same error apperas: Error during to send the feedback. What can I do to solve the problem? I have only Windows Defender and no other antivirus or firewall.
I attached the screenshot of the errors.
Another question: may be that is there any library to download in my Pc, so I can use the materials?

I edited the file HOST located in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and I commented with # the following:

usually, updating to the latest version of Enscape and making sure that all servers mentioned in the following article are whitelisted should solve this. Here is the article: Set Proxy and Firewall - Global Site
In case such an issue persists after that, we would have to look at the log files individually.
