Hello
For some time now, Enscape has been crashing after 5% when launched from sketchup.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Sketchup and Enscape with no positive results.
What should I do?
Windows 11
Sketchup 2022
Enscape 3.4
Intel(R) Core™ i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz RAM 8 go
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 Go

Whenever you experience a crash with Enscape, it’s ideal to simply send in a dedicated feedback report with log files as detailed here:

Afterward our technical support team can check both the crashdumps/logs and so forth to troubleshoot this further.

We had a similar issue. Make sure to turn off Ray Tracing if it is on. Extensions > Enscape > General Settings. Uncheck “Hardware Accelerated Ray-Tracing”. It’s a feature for RTX cards, but we had the GTX 1660Ti as well.
