Is Veras down? (also tittle limit)

Yesterday I tested it for the first time and spent like 4 credits or something, but then it stopped, and today it says as if I’m not logged in and can’t fetch my credits. No options in account window.

Also, what’s up with drawing a selection on it under edit tab? It’s like 0.5 fps. And really counter intuitive. Options for resolution 1k, 2k, 4k…I just want the resolution I sent you, my render.

I don’t see a Veras dedicated forum.

I now clicked the MAX icon, and it loaded my account but of course it’s empty there, not sure how to add my render. Then went back to VFB and it loaded my account there too.

Still the other two issues, performance, and export res remain.

Edit: just had a small edit to add a statue on a 2K, and after 5 minutes, it’s still rendering. Is that normal? I feel my test yesterday was fast.
