Issue with Transparency Settings in Enscape Material Library (Glass Category)

Dear Enscape Team,
I would like to report an issue regarding the standard Enscape Asset Library materials. I discovered this issue in the latest Enscape version 4.17.
When importing transparent materials (Glass category, e.g., Frosted Glass 03, Squares) from the standard Enscape Asset Library, the transparency parameters are configured incorrectly.
Only three materials from the Glass category work correctly: Frosted Glass 07, Glass 01 Pyramids, and Glass 02 Embossed.

In the Enscape Material Editor, a texture map is automatically loaded into the Transparency section (set to Cutout type). This triggers the following system warning:
“The provided texture contains an all-white alpha channel. This may result in unexpected transparency effects.”

This alpha channel error leads to incorrect transparency rendering and forces the user to manually adjust the settings for every imported glass material.

Dear Roman,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We’ve investigated the transparency settings for the glass materials in the standard Enscape Asset Library and have corrected the alpha‑channel handling. All glass materials now load with the proper transparency parameters.

The materials are ready for use without any manual adjustments.

Best Regards
Adrian
