Issues with Panoramas

Hello!

After upgrading to the newest version of Enscape, I’m having some issues with viewing the panoramas. I ended up rolling back to the previous version due to these issues, but would like to resolve these in order to be able to use the newest release. I’m using Revit 2024.

Issues I’m having:

  1. I don’t see an option to be able to split the screen to be able to use VR goggles/Google cardboard. Based on your “Panoramas and Cardboard” article on your Knowledgebase, I should be able to see a goggles icon and click it to split the screen, like in the previous versions. There is more problems associated with this:
  • I’m not able to open full screen view at all on an iPhone. I tried updating to the newest iOS, changing browsers (Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox) and trying it on multiple people’s phones (different iPhone models). I have Javascript enabled, tried accessing the view through both link and QR code. Panoramas in question are rendered in “Normal” quality.

  • It let’s me open full screen view on an Android phone, but I’m still unable to split the screen (no goggles icon), no matter if I view stereo or mono export.

  1. Is there an option to open full screen on default, to go around the issue, and also be able to see the panorama without the toolbar on the top?

  2. Is there an option to disable the button in the left upper corner, that takes you to all the other panoramas done for the project? I need some panoramas for internal discussions, reviews, etc, but I don’t necessarily want my clients to see all my panoramas just by clicking on this button. I figured out how to disable comments, but I can’t find any settings to limit access to the gallery.

I’d appreciate any advice on how to resolve these…

Thank you in advance!
