Is anyone currently using panoramic views successfully in iOS with cardboard viewers? We are trying to send viewers to clients as an alternative to in-person VR.
Using an iPhone XS, by default the stereo view will not go full screen. However, in display settings, if I change the overall phone interface to “Zoomed” then Enscape will go full screen. But in this mode the two images are not offset properly, resulting in some kind of double vision/headache.
In looking for other options I’ll note that Seekbeak - https://seekbeak.com/ - pops up a prompt asking to go full screen. They are the only 360 site I’ve found that seems to handle it properly. Thus I assume this is something that has to be implemented on the developer side; there is no way to force it on the phone side. (This is in addition to the gyro/motion prompt. Thanks Apple.)
Of course everything works spectacularly on an old Android phone I have : P
I can provide additional info/screens shots but first wanted to ask generally if anyone could confirm that this is, or is not working for them?
