Hi
I got a student license. I download enscape for revit. I proceed to entering they key given by email. When I click start in revit, it says I have no license! It says click to continue trial… but it doesn’t work and then I get a window that says that my license is deactivated. Now very frustrated as I have some assignment to do next week and I can’t access enscape for revit 2021 at all!
Any help appreciated as this needs to be solved asap.
I sent several emails to support but no news yet.

@VanessaO , thanks a lot for your report. I’m sorry to hear about that.
Just to make sure, you did not try to move the license from one machine to another, nor have you activated Enscape at all before? In any case, please briefly send me your EDU e-mail (or license key directly) via a DM and I’ll reset the activations for you so that you can use Enscape ASAP!
