Transferring license issue

So basically i bought a new laptop and I downloaded enscape on it, I removed the license from my old laptop and activated it on my new laptop and it worked fine!
unfortunately, there was an issue in my new laptop so i had to rest the laptop and delete everything. I downloaded enscape again and i tried to put the license and it says that the license is already used on another machine, but it’s not in any other device, i contacted the enscape support and I’m waiting for them to reply and i need to work on it for my project, could you please help me to reactive my license asap?

I have the same problem.

I had problems with my computer, so I needed to uninstall revit 2021 and Enscape. Now it´s fixed and I need to activate the license on my computer, but i can´t because says it´s already installed in other machine. I have the same computer, but now with revit 2019 and I’m not using my license in any other machine. I contacted enscape support last week, but i didn’t get answer.

I have the same problem оn my new machine. I sent a letter to technical support, sent feedback. Support has not responded for two days now and I am very disappointed.
