Help! I have an Enscape license on a computer that no longer works. I have a new computer but cannot deactivate my license on the other computer to get it on my new one. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Is there a way to deactivate it remotely?
Enscape themselves should be able to deactivate it.. they did it for me in a similar situation
