Hello. My Enscape student license is in another machine at my uni - I can’t remeber what machine, so I can’t revoke it.
I just received a new student license, but can’t use it in any machine, since I “have exceeded the number of seats” (License Status 64)
Could you guys revoke it remotely or help in any other way? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I have same issue as Joao. I had to change my computer few days ago and of course I deactivated license on my old one since I wanted to use Enscape on new computer. However, I get this message: Your license could not be activated, because you’ve exceeded the number of seats for your license. You can try to deactivate your license using the Manage Licenses button in the About window on your other machine. Could you please help? Thank you.
