How did you go about animating the light settings? I gave up on doing any video for clients in Enscape a long while ago, in part because of limitations in animation
Render the same path with each of the lights on/off and then combine them in the likes of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
If you try and do single long paths within Enscape its a pig but the same is true for any such anim, what I do is render short simple pans/zooms/traverses etc and then use DavinciResolve to mash them together with some titles and music:
