Since a few days i got problem with opening sketchup files- there is always this load error massege. After a few seconds sketchup closes without any warning.. can anyone help?
If you haven’t yet, please also simply try reinstalling Enscape - Should that make no difference you can also send us the log files manually:
Enscape main plugin log files:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Enscape\Data\Logs
SketchUp plugin log files:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Logs\EnscapeSketchupPlugin
You can just package everything in a .zip file and attach it with your next reply
