Missing Vray Utilities on Quad Menu

The Vray Utilities, like scene converter and vray properties are missing from my quad menu. I reinstalled vray, but they are still missing. 3dsMax2018. Windows 7. Latest Vray.
They are present in 2017 just not 2018. I recently upgraded to 2018 so they may have been missing from the start, or they went missing after installing Phoenix FD.

Please, have some scenes to convert and do not want to do it all by hand.

Isn’t there a tool for that in the toolbar?

No, looked, I kinda thought there was too, just button to work with vray mats, anyway, moot point, I just reinstalled with administrator rights and the menus are back. Yay!

There`s also a maxscript although I never remember it and have to look it up. registerVRayMenus()
