Wow, how’d they think of that? :grin: I like the graphs and flow charts, really shows all the thought that went into the concept…

Nice, now… to get this into Vray. I mean it kind of exists already with animation prespass but I bet the rays sliding across concept for the animated objects could be implemented as well. :sunglasses:

Thats the only thing that lets vray down in my opinion. Moving objects in an animation without flickering. A process that doesnt include have to composite everything out seperately or having to calc every frame on the fly..which for me didnt work properly for some reason either.

You still have to calculate every frame for mental ray… In any case, like I said, SP3 has ways to deal with these issues as well. Best regards, Vlado

yeah, no kidding right? Man, I totally missed that one. I’ll have to test that out tomorrow and get some installs going next week. Has this been out a while and I’ve just been in the dark?
