So I work on a revit file and use the enscape plugin to do the rendering, but when I open the enscape, the view of my project is black. It is not completly black, you can see slight materials coming and some areas are shown, but it is mostly black or shadows in that sense. I don’t know how to fix it, I tried playing with the sun exposure and intensity, but nothing worked, does anyone know the solution or how to fix?
Here are pictures to explain what I mean
@Fareszoro , thanks for the report and welcome to our Forum.
Right away, can you please check that your system fully meets our system requirements detailed here:
https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/system-requirements/
If so, and your machine is supported, can you try a fresh scene or another project to see if this persists?
Should this behavior not be resolved by opening another (smaller) scene please also definitely submit us a feedback report including log files as detailed here:
https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/using-the-feedback-button-win-revit/
Afterward we can analyse said report and logs to get back to you again with a solution/explanation to this problem.
Looks like you’ve imported non-native Revit geometry and overlapping files / projects.
