I have moved your thread to our bug and error section and deleted your double thread post.
You are unable to download our Web standalone, but if you are able to reach out to the creator he could perhaps share the Exe standalone with you later.
However, it seems the author shared a panorama with you.
To open it, make sure your browser is up to date, should that not do the trick, can you verify you are using Chrome or Firefox?
