New guy here, first time touching blender. Have Autocad experience from HS & college decades ago. Any tips, criticism appreciated. im not sensitive swing awag9

Decided i wanted to build i powerful workstation summer of 25, i saw what was coming as far as AI and what happened during covid as far a price manipulation. I had no idea what i was going to do with it but i knew i wanted one before i couldnt afford it. it was too late for gpu buillds and i didnt have that kind of money as i just got back to work after 5 years on sideline due to medical, surgeries and ssdi denials. I learned about monero being mined with cpu so that was what i decided to target my build for as where i was staying had solar as well. 5995wx was just replaced by the 7995wx which was 12 or 14k i think. the 5995wx was 6k, so i decide to try to get a 5995wx built. found a asus ws wrx80esage se wifi II board new on ebay for 800, but of course when it showed up it was a rev 1. was my first ebay purchase so i and no idea what my options were . In mean time black friday 5995wx was 3500 brand new so i scooped that up. 4x32 3200mhx ddr4 from nemix(another rookie mistake not buying 8set), got last optimus threadripper block, the the pump hoses etc. once up and running a bought the second 4 pack of 32gb nemix ram and found out how strict the training is. luckily the rev 1 is not as strict as rev2 was able to do some bios changes to get it to post then correct the bios changes to get all 8 at 3200mhz. Thats when i went to mine and hit 56k H/S and was like wtf the benchmark board says i should hit 100k, well that 100k post was a dual cpu setup and most likely not 2 threadripper 5995 lol. thats when i went to AI and began asking what can i do with this monstrosity to recoup some money or even make a career change down the road. That when i learned about rendered and vray, i always loved cad as ive been working in construction my entire life. I got the workstaion dialed in so it can at least be used as a render node. if anyone has overflow, hardware constraints i have 256gb ECC. Its not a big market so for solo machines. For the time being i have been learnign blenderr by recreating the apartment i just moved into with just the basic blender tools and vray. Here are a few Pics of where i am. I started by using a single line outline as a guide. I then began making the walls as cubes. Once the shell was standing I used cubes the size of the doorways to boolean cut the openings. i then created the ceiling, modeled a basic cyclinder to boolean holes for recessed lights. the floor i made one big cude which i later found might not have been the play but i was able to use planes just barely above the cube floor to get different flooring to show in other rooms. I modeled the kitchen cabinets myself, i plan of using pics for the microwave, stove and dishwasher now that i have learned how to assign materials to individual faces. any tips, shortcuts, corrections feel free. i have a long way to go but i am finally getting rid of my cad instincts and getting better with blender. AND YES I KNOW I COULD HAVE JUST USED HOMEBUILDER OR WHATEVER, but that not going to teach me shit
