Hey friends I have an issue related to the new Chaos Cosmos on Revit, when I try to download a 3D model from Chaos Cosmos it appears a message that said “No access to the download directory” and I don’t really know what to do?! I’m new to using VRay for Revit. Can someone help me, please?!

To be sure that the installation was successful, perform a re-install by doing this with closed Revit:
- uninstall Chaos Cosmos from C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\Chaos Cosmos\uninstall
- uninstall V-Ray for Revit from C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for Revit\uninstall
- download the latest version from here
Thereafter check which folder is set up here > visual example
If there isn’t an indicated folder (the field is empty), create a folder on your computer where you want to store the Cosmos models and paste the folder path.
Then apply the new folder, restart Revit and try to add a Cosmos model again.
