Is there any way to render just the boat and its wake? without the water!!!
I need to upload the rendering of the boat and just the wake and merge with the ocean from a stock image. Is there any channel to do this?

Sure you can do that, select the simulator right-click and from the Object properties menu disable the “Renderable” checkbox.
This will make the ocean mesh not renderable while everything else should remain the same.
