Panorama tour not working on iPad or iPhone client

I have created a panorama tour on the Upload Management page of the Enscape website for a client.

I have 2 problems here:

Problem 1:

My client wants to be able to show this on an iPad for potential customers at an exhibition stand.

The panorama tour works on his Android phones and webbrowser on pc, but not on my client’s iPad and iPhone.

Through QR-codes visitors should also be able to scan and take a look at the panorama tour with their own mobile phones.

I have sent him the seperate URL links from each uploaded panorama to my client and these DO work on their iPad / iPhone.

For a better user experience i want the panorama tour to work on instead of the seperate links.

Problem 2:

There is also a problem that sometimes occur on my and my client devices, that when the pano loads when entering the webpage, it stays a white screen, but you can see the thumbnails on the bottom of the page already loaded. You then have to first click a thumbnail to reload the image before i can view it.

What could be the problem here?

Pano images are rendered on ‘high’ setting using Sketchup plugin. Could image size make a difference?

@tomb85 , thanks a lot for your detailed report - Due to some limitations on both iPad and iPhone we recommend also trying to lower the panorama resolution to “Normal” indeed to see if that makes a difference. Would you kindly try that out and get back to me if you’re not successful? Thanks a lot in advance, your cooperation is appreciated.

This may be an old thread and im going from memory on this but this sounds like a resolution SIZE limitation ive seen before. I recall something to the effect that enscape panos render maybe 8000 pixels wide (or whatever that number actually was) and that was the cap for IOS but… if you literally lower the res 1 pixel (like in photoshop) then it displays properly.
