Anyone getting an error with panorama galleries when using the next and previous buttons? This only occurs for me and my clients in iPhone not laptop. See attached image. I’ll either get the error or the url will completely refresh and start the gallery over at initial view.
Hey @patrickresendiz , can you in the first instance please make sure that your iOS is up to date? If you are already up to date, does it help if you’re using a different browser?
Hi Demian. Yeah OS is up to date. Issue occurs across multiple browsers. Tried Safari and Chrome.

I too was having the same problem. We updated to the latest OS and Enscape hotfix and we were still getting the same error with the QR codes/hyperlink on mobile devices.
After doing some troubleshooting I noticed that the Panorama Resolution setting was set to High in the users settings. We set it back to Normal and regenerated the images and links and then it worked perfect again.
