To start with I just went through all the scenes and calced them. I seam to have come up against a problem with splashes.
The pool scene just stops calculating at frame 19 and the surf scene just stops at frame 31.
If I disable splashes it calculates the sequences fine.
Not sure if it is hitting some kind of limit on the particles, but both the Simulations say they only require 117.4MB RAM.
hmm, strange.
could you send us the log file please? it is placed in My Documents\phoenix fd
the log is cleared every max start, so you must recalc again. would be good if you wait a bit to collect more info in the log, let say 1 minute after the frame is reached.
thanks! so far it seems the foam is to blame, not the splashes. i can’t reproduce the bug, so it will be possible to send you a test builds to do some remote debugging?
it’s particularly solved, i.e. the sim works without visible problems already, but the general reason is still unclear, something related to the splash-foam conversion.
