Quoting the release post:
*Due to API changes, V-Ray 7, Update 5 will require updates to 3rd party plugins. Older versions will crash when used with V-Ray 7, Update 5.
Since Chaos Phoenix has moved to End-of-Support status, there most likely won’t be new builds.
