Please i need support for error 64 - license

Hello, please I need support to reset my license.
I send messages at support@, private messages and also used “feedback” but but nobody answered.
I need quick support to complete an urgent project.
This is not the first time this license issue has occurred.

I think your software is done very well, but the support you provide is definitely not adequate for professional use. From Friday at 5pm I requested support for a stupid licensing problem (error 64) that has already occurred. I have to produce urgent renders that I have not been able to do, with serious damage to my work. If you are unable to offer support in a short time you should report it on the site at the time of purchase. I think I will have to consider other products.

In order to make you work on real issue: I had already deactivated the license in the PC in my office.
Is it possible that issue it was dependent on the change of SSD in which the operating system resides?
In any case, I invite you to set up a response system from the support even on weekends, because if a customer has an urgency he can be helped.
