Could you simply send me your license through a direct message so that I can reset it? In the meantime I’ve also reset your trial time.
In the future you can also always log into your Enscape here and submit a support request to support/licensing via the top right menu, which is usually the quickest way to receive support and/or a license reset if required.

I also can't activate my license. I'm using Mac OSX Ventura 13.1. I can't activate the license. Once you enter the code you get an error message saying no connection. I don't have antivirus and firewall.

Pardon the delay - Does this issue still persist? If so, make sure to also submit a feedback report with logs in case you’re not using a proxy and have set the firewall exceptions accordingly (we would not reccomend using no firewall at all and yours may still be active, if there is any system administrator you can refer to please make sure to do so too).
