problem with license deactivation

I was using my computer but it had problems and the technician had to format it, and I couldn't deactivate the license. Can you reset it please? because I need to do some work and I'm at a standstill. Thanks

Hi @rodrigosk12 , I’ve reset your license accordingly - In the future please do not share your license key openly as that can allow others to see and copy it as well.

If you experience this again, you can also contact our licensing team via our Help Center directly as detailed here, which we generally reccomend doing to have your license reset as quickly as possible. :slight_smile:
